Thank you for shopping at Trend Swift. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

   - Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
   - To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   - Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

2. **Proof of Purchase**
   - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
   - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

### Specific Product Categories

1. **Electronics**
   - Electronics must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
   - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a full refund.

2. **Clothing and Apparel**
   - Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
   - Undergarments and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. **Books and Media**
   - Books, DVDs, CDs, and other media items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.

4. **Custom and Personalized Items**
   - Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

### Refund Process

1. **Inspection and Approval**
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

2. **Late or Missing Refunds**
   - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
   - Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   - Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
